Would love to see where everyone has gone since they started traveling and
How long have you been traveling?
I am not a Rn yet but am thinking of the future.
Thank you.

What facility in Albuquerque? I am going there thisweek for a conference with the NM Heart Institute.
Pueblo, co., is that at the Psych Hospital?
What is your specialty? (if you don't mind my asking)

I started travel nursing in 1999. Now I am a staff nurse at the hospital I started at as a traveler.
Phoenix, AZ for 6 mos; Cape Cod (Sandwich), MA for 2 1/2 yrs (part of that was non-traveler); Wilmington, NC for 8 mos; New Orleans, LA for 6 mos; Providence, RI for 1 yr; and finally MA where I am now on staff. BTW, I am from MA.
I miss my traveling days .

I am getting ready to go to Kona, Hawaii. Very nervous & excited at the same time. I have a question for anyone who has traveled to Hawaii and had to rent a car. How expensive is it , do they considered you beeing there to work? Please any input of any kind would be greatly appreciated. Thank You, Sandy:uhoh21:
I have never been to Kona but I have traveled as a Nurse to Honolulu. Mass transportation was the most reasonable and efficient. I think the bus pass was something like $20.00 for the month and it went around the entire Island.
I hear Kona is the most beautiful of the Islands with its vegetation. Please take lots of pictures and I hope you share those with us and your experience.
