Where do the Happy Nurses Work?

I hope every one is doing well! I am due to graduate in June and was wondering where you like to work? What floor? And Why?

Believe it or not, I work med/surg and I am a happy nurse. I work in a small rural hospital and we get it all from Peds to geriatric; ortho/neuro to CHF, COPD, GYN surgicals, etc....

The best thing about my job is my co-workers. I don't mind the weekends and holidays, because I have a great crew to share them with!

If your team is well oiled your gonna be happy. If one is a crank, it can ruin it.
