When will I hear from the CA BVNPT?

I took my NCLEX-PN on July 2, 2012. I got the good popup on pearson vue.

Just wondering when I will hear back from the bvnpt, how long is it taking other people?

Took it a day after you im still waiting from Sacramento. I was told it takes a 1 week to get the letter of official pass. But we got interrupted by July 4th which they aren't open.

Several years ago I took NCLEX-PN on December 28 and received my passing notification in the mail on January 9th. So, it took a couple of weeks for me to receive the letter.

Once I received the letter, I mailed a copy of it to the BVNPT along with a $120 check (I think it is $150 nowadays). Another two weeks elapsed before the BVNPT issued me a license number.

I thought the letter of passing would come from the BVNPT, so it comes from a different department?

I meant to say BVNPT but I said sacramento

sacramento = only place for bvnpt

I took mine on June 28th, and got the "good pop-up". I am still waiting for my results. I did find out from a friend that you can take your letter to the BVNPT in Sacramento the day you get it, and receive a 2 mo. temporary paper license. It is $150.00.You can also call the BVNPT in Sacramento. They WON''T tell you if you passed or failed. They WILL tell you the date of test results they are processing that day.Good Luck :)

It takes about 10-15 days to hear from the CA board.
