Ok so I wrote like couple bitter and depressed post on how I cant land even one opporunities, I literally send hundred of aps to this one hospital and finally said enough is enough!after I learned that I wasnt able to get the recruiter to even return my one call..anyway time have past,I slowly discontinued to apply for so many jobs but I learned on allnurses.com about the Mollen clinic so I decided to try to apply as my last resort and in the mean time I staeted working as transporten in the hospital setting...also not long ago I learned about a New RN Residency program being created in one of the better hospitals that starts in February...Today I got a call from the hospital to which I applied like 100 times and gave up on...so they want to interview me for a position and I'm still waiting on the call back from the recruiters about the RN residency program that opens up in feb.I also got hired by Mollen Immunization clinic...so I guess what I'm trying to do is shine some light on those new desperate RN grads who lost hopes,it does get better!
