When can I apply for a job after graduation.

hi, I just passed my exit hesi yesterday with a score of 992. Can I start applying for jobs right now or I will have to wait until I get my license?

I started job hunting my last semester, and so did a lot of my classmates. Places will hire you on the contingency you pass the NCLEX.

Yes, there are many places willing to hire new grads on the grounds that they pass the boards, as PP stated. Start applying early!

Just graduated and I've had a job since the end of February or middle of March, can't remember right now. New grads started apply at our hospital towards the middle of February.

This is my exact situation. Told them I would be taking the NCLEX in June and they hired me (in February).
