I pray and wish that as a new nurse I can give my patients the best care, not have any major mistakes that put their lives in danger and learn the most I can learn on the tele floor.

I wish that a particular day shift nurse would not give Senna, Colace and Miralax to the patient who is a 2 person assist up at 1800, just before shift change. :trout:
Seriously though...
I wish this year will be better than the last couple of years.

I wish that patients that can walk outside to have a smoke, would not ring me for a glass of juice!!

I wish for an increase in census when the new outpatient center (the competition) opens only 6 miles from where I currently work.

i wish that the lawyers that are holding up my aquapheresis outpt clinic would get their act together. i would like to start getting things organized before my big meeting with the cardiologist interested in the procedure. i have not worked since april, except some education info and some pr work
