Call EC in the morning but from what I understand, you have to wait 5 yrs and do the program over.

I'm so sorry you're having this much trouble passing the CPNE. I'm about a month away from taking it, and can feel the nerves coming on.
I do think however, that the direction you take from here is dependent on why it is you think you failed.
Complete a traditional program.
Is any nursing school that can considere Excelsior transcripts from any state ?

Most schools will not accept credits from other nursing programs for the purpose of transfer, unless you've finished the degree and are furthering your education -- this seems to be the case with most schools, not just EC. Your best bet would be to make some phone calls to EC and your local schools. What is your healthcare background? Are you an LPN/LVN?

What have you done the previous times to prepare for the CPNE? Have you been on the Excelsior EPN boards or taken a workshop? Like the members posted previously, you can attempt to appeal, wait the 5 years, or just attend a traditional program. Good luck in whatever you choose!
