I don't have a palm, but I'm thinking of a quick reference medical textbook that I can quickly flip through and find drugs, medical diagnoses, disease process that i'm looking for?
So what book do you use as your guide on the job, or maybe your hospital? Thanks:)

I just got the newest edition RNotes spiral pocket book. It has come in handy a few times already.

Ill vouch for the RNotes. http://www.amazon.com/Rnotes-Nurses-Clinical-Pocket-Guide/dp/0803623135/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1267780394&sr=8-2
Bought my first one whilst in nursing school. Much easier than lugging around textbooks. Its pocket sized so you can keep it with you. And of course, theres always google. :)

This may be for further in your career, but when I got one of my ER days, the top ER nurse, the one everyone went to for answers, swore by this book and carried it around with him in his pocket:
Field Guide to Bedside Diagnosis (Paperback)

This guy already knew so much and this was his favorite book, at least of the carry-around variety.
