Look around at job postings in your area. What do the requirements state? If it's predominantly BSN preferred or required, then it would be to your advantage to get the BSN.
A word on the areas you want to work in: most of those are going to require bedside experience. Typically, they are not jobs open to new grads.

Hi, if I were you I would go for the BSN route, not the associates. Of course you can get an associates in nursing and then pursue your bachelors but I just feel it makes more sense to go straight for the BSN. A lot of hospitals nowadays won't even look at your application if you don't have a BSN. Also to work as a case manager and in administration, you require more than an associates degree.

If you hope to enter case management or health administration someday, you will need a BSN degree. I work in case management, and the majority of my colleagues are educated at the BSN or higher.
Is it possible to obtain a position as a case manager or even do administrative work of i decide to get a bachelors in health administration.
