School Nurses,
just a few questions.....What do you wear to work in your school/clinic?
And do you wear your nursing pin ? Name tag, etc. ??

Most of the time I wear scrubs. Once in a while I will wear street clothes. I always wear my district picture ID. We require our high school students to wear visible ID's so I try to set the example by wearing mine.

I wear scrubs and a short sleeve or sleeveless white lab jacket over it. Some of the PMD teachers and also the cafeteria staff wear scrubs. I wear my little white vest/jacket to look more "nursey".

I wear scrubs 99% of the time. I can wear business casual clothing, but I am usually too lazy to drag out the iron. Not too mention I don't have very much business casual attire. I do have a nametag that I am required to wear.

Street clothes, no jeans. No nametag. It's a small school, so the kids know who I am.

I alternate between scrubs and shorts and a t-shirt.
