What to wear to Nursing "new employee" Orientation

I am just wondering what to wear to the first day of new employee orientation? I'm assuming business/professional dress such as a pantsuit but I don't want to show up overdressed. Nevertheless I don't want to show up underdressed either. Any advice?? My orientation will be in the Bay Area of Cali so it's a pretty fashion oriented area...

$50/month for parking? Dirt cheap. Last hospital I worked at had a one year waitlist for a parking spot, the lots in the area charged $5-6 per day....
