As in filtered/non filtered and what gauge? What is your trust's policy?

You ALWAYS use a filter needle whenever dealing with glass ampoules.

Filter needles are not widely available in Trinidad where I work and when they are they are limited to surgical use only. Never had access to them after school.

We used filter straws - and boy was there a learning curve to figuring out how to draw up med without ridiculous air bubbles and loss of med.
Or maybe it was just me?
