What are TPD positions?

There is a listing for a job in the department that I want to work in, but it's listed as a TPD I schedule? What does this mean, we never talked about it in school.....thanks =]

Hm just a guess but maybe its Temporary Per Diem?

I agree with the above poster. Temporary Per Diem. Which means that you would work the hours that they need, and it's not set each week. They also will not guarantee employment for an extended period of time, but you might have a job for 3 or 6 months, maybe longer.
