Most hospitals have policies about taking pictures in the clinical setting. Please do not let anyone know that you did this especially your clinical instructor because you can get in trouble.
Looks like a normal sinus rhythm.
Pulse ox is ok. (Especially if elderly or COPD)
BP is slightly elevated but is stable.
The respirations don't have a good waveform, so I don't buy that 25. Generally unless the patient is unconscious, paralyzed, and vented you can't go by the number on the monitor.
