What do you think is the best reason for leaving a job?

I am employed but am seeking employment elsewhere. I know they always say to not complain about your "present job" during an interview. So I cannot tell them the truth. So what other reasons would be acceptable to say when they ask me why I want to leave my present job? Thanks for any assistance.
