What software application is used in your HHA?

We're anticipate getting our provider number in the next few weeks. Throughout the certification process we've been using Visitrack for patient tracking (OASIS, scheduling etc). Based on our nurse's feedback, the software has met our needs. As far as their tech support goes -- based out of California, we're in the midwest -- they've been pretty responsive. What I like is their ability to troubleshoot software issues via remote Internet access. There are no long term contracts to sign, payments are quarterly based and they're a listed vendor on Palmetto's site.

We'll probably go with Visitrack, but I was just curious to know what application(s) other HHA's are using before I pull the trigger.

Thanks

I just started home health a month ago and I just got my computer this week. We use Novius for our documentation. It's pretty straight forward. Haven't had any problems in the 3 days I've been using it. We do have our own help desk and IS department if we run into trouble.

Good luck with your decision.

We use MISYS. We are a hospital based agency so have our own help desk and IS people as well.

We use Healthwyze/Officewyze. I like it ok. The palms are the problem, not designed to take in that much info and they crash alot. I have only ever used this program so I can't compare it to anything else but I do like it. Definately an improvement and timesaver over paper charting.
