Hi, I just took the leap and am finally doing the BSN program! I alternate between crazy-thrilled :roll and being nervous-determined . I still can't believe I'm finally doing this. :heartbeat
Anyhow, I looked over my subjects and one of them is Socio-Anthropology with Nursing Perspective, and has field placement. I've taken Sociology and Anthropology (as separate classes) before, so I'm guessing this might be about how people in social groups view health (issues). Field placement could mean field studies (participant-observation! ) and research.
My guess is probably off-base, lol. :imbar So... can anyone tell me what to expect? Any info on this subject would be awesome! And thanks in advance!

I have nothing to add, but it sounds like an interesting class. Do you know what books you will be reading? Do post them when you find out.
Thanks for the comment. :) It's the first week of classes but my professor hasn't showed up yet, so I really have no idea what the class is about -- I'm quite excited about it!
