St. Luke's Medical Center (along E. Rodriguez St., Quezon City). Submittred my resume on the pigeonhole. It's on the 5th floor. Here are the requirements as I remember them (Some requirements might be missing, I haven't listed them down, sorry ^^"). Please check out the St. Lukes' allnurses.com thread for more info (https://allnurses.com/philippine-nursing/employment-process-st-416808.html): * Resume * 2 pcs 2" x 2" ID picture * PRC license (photocopy) * Certificate of GWA / Class Ranking * Board Certificate * Board Rating Certificate * NBI Clearance National Children's Hospital. Went to the HR Department located at the 2nd floor. I don't think they're hiring. The staff we were talking to was surprised that we were applying, lol. But still, they accepted our documents. It never hurts to try.

Thanks for the update, meyinol. :) Are they open for applications again? I really wish that DoH has more 'publicity' for the RNHeals program.

Sta. Ana Hospital -- It's on New Panaderas St., Sta. Ana, Manila. It's very new and large. Here are the application requirements: Letter of Intent addressed to **** (PM me for the names, I can't post here) Personal Data Sheet / Resume Transcript of Records Diploma PRC License PRC Board Rating PRC Board Certificate Certificate of Training / Seminars Attended Relevant allnurses.com thread: https://allnurses.com/philippine-nursing/ospital-ng-sampaloc-452664.html (Did a Google custom search and found this thread. It's titled Ospital ng Sampaloc but the last posts are about Sta. Ana Hospital). My friends and I also went to several public hospitals (Philippine Heart Center, Philippine Children's Hospital, Philippine Orthopedic Center, Jose Reyes Memorial Medical Center, San Lazaro Hospital, NCMH, etc.). They are not accepting resumes because they recently accepted the RN Heals 2 Nurses. They have no idea when they will be accepting applicants. At the PHC, they told me that they were still processing applicants from 2008, it was that backlogged! A staff at the National Center of Mental Health gave me the requirements for Nurse and Nursing Attendants: Application Letter Addressed to: **** Thru: **** (PM me for details) Resume / CV TOR (photocopy) Diploma (photocopy) Training and Employment Certificate (photocopy) Authenticated Birth Certificate (NSO) (photocopy) NBI clearance (photocopy) Board Rating and License (nurse applicant) Autobiography (I heard/read somewhere that this should be handwritten.) ID picture (passport size) Godbless to all of us. :)
