What to do to request NCLEX pass report from NCSBN or Pearsonvue?

I would like to ask help how to do request for NCLEX pass report from NCSBN or pearvsonvue?

Not sure what you mean by "pass report". If you pass the NCLEX (and your State BoN has no reason not to issue you a license) you will be given a license number. If you don't pass the NCLEX, you will receive, in the mail, a CPR (Candidate Performance Report) that will show you where you were above the passing standard and where you failed to meet the standard.

this was the requirement what they need aside from license or the certificate. because I was applying for my agency, the sad part my BON just emailed me today, the license and certificate that was sent on nov. 7 last year was brought back to them, and they will send it again. :(

Ah, I remember you and your situation now. Sorry, can't provide more info, and honestly don't think anyone on this site can (more than they already have, in your other thread).

Neither. You secure the report from the BoN. I was under the impression you applied to the Northern Mariana Islands because you intended to live and work there. If attempting to endorse to a U.S. State you will need to do a license verification. NCLEX pass letter is not enough.

Why can't your agency use NURSYS to verify a valid, active license as that's the whole point of NURSYS? You cannot be licensed without passing NCLEX so a license verification automatically indicates passing NCLEX.

nclex pass report can be accepted for filing priority date, but for license by endorsement it would not be accepted. Oh well I don't how to ask for request of said document. Hmmm, nursys.com, I will try this one. :) tnx

There is license verification via NURSYS. If for an endorsement there is an option to verify to a participating BoN.

Is this for a visa screen to work in the Northern Mariana Islands?

I know it's been a long time since you asked this question but may I know what steps did you do to request for your NCLEX pass report? Did you call NCSBN or Pearson Vue? I've got the same dilemma . Thanks

You may call your board of nursing that you applied for then ask for that. But if you are not a foreign graduare nurse, I guess you don't have to, because mine I think the CPR for my USCIS processing.
