Any idea as to what this might be would be appreciated. The children with this rash have recently used antibiotics. Apparently 3 out of 5 came down with sore throats, with white spots, fevers, chills, tiredness, headaches, and mild stomach upset and this same all over body rash. They were minimally affected with use of Benadryl. Is it possible ALL three had an allergic reaction to medications? Any input would be much appreciated

I've seen this type of rash in children who have a viral infection of some sort. Also seen a similar rash in fifths disease. With fifths, the rash turns brighter when light hits it.

Is the rash covering the torso? Does the rash cover any other body parts? Did the rash appear before or after the fever? What antibiotic where they taking and how long were they taking the antibiotic?
I am thinking possibly Roseola.
