Aloha hope u guys can help me, Im a nursing graduate in the Philippine but Um not a board passer.my question is i like to take my nclex here in Hawaii but im

Not a board passer in out country it is possible I can take here without my license??

Should I pay the form from cgfns or what?? Pls help me thanks
