Hi Everyone,
I just began working as a school nurse in September, I have organized all the student's files, all immunizations are up to date, I'm almost done with screenings, is there anything else I should be doing?

Info for the school newsletter? What grades do you have? Any classroom lessons you can do?

I'm K-12, was thinking about doing a lesson on the importance of hand washing for the little ones.

Traditionally this is the time of year for catching up. So, yay, you! I would be working on my rescreening (anyone who failed the screening). Do you have a dental provider who comes to assess the molars of 2nd and 7th graders? Any expiring medications?

Referrals for screening fails, IHP's for alerts & conditions, booboo bags for staff.
How many kids do you have?

Clean and organize your office! Decorate your office, do a bulletin board.
Order from P&G always program (5 and 6 th) and there is also a dental one thru Colgate, that sends you stuff for K or 1.
