This will give me a chance to talk about an article by a physician that really bugged me. He said something about men not taking care of themselves so wives would have to take over and take responsibility for mens health. Do I take to much responsiblity for my husbands health? I certainly do. However, we need physicians who write articles telling men they better step up to the plate and take responsibility for their own health. I don't want to read articles that tell me I am just stuck with the job. That kind of capitulation by the medical establishment to men's poor health habits is not acceptible. What has always turned me off about "marketing" is the way people are grouped as one unit. Geez.. is it really necessary to point out that a collaberative apporach is needed when dealing with "women". Is that not true of both genders? Gee I hope so.
