What is it like to work from home? Telephonic CM

I am interviewing for a telephonic case management for UHC. I am trying to figure out if working at home (pros, cons, etc)? Any info would be much appreciated!!

Hi, I have been offered a job as a Utilization Nurse RN in Illinois. I will be trained for a few weeks and then work at home. I am just curious what will be my day at work- at home would look like. Will I will be on the phone most of the time? They said I can get OT and I will be an hourly rate, how does it work. This will be my first time to be in this field and I am excited at the same time apprehensive. If anyone can share their thoughts and experiences I would appreciate it.
