Yes, they took a while to get in contact with me at first. As far as case management experience.. Extremly light experience. So light that I do not even have it on my resume. I have experience in many areas of nursing but case management. I did work very closely with case management at a prior job and learned many many things, but never acted alone in that role. I was very honest with them, explained what I did know in CM and expressed my willingness to learn the rest!

MrsVic1, I too have read a lot of mixed reviews. More specifically in regards to the metrics. I was informed by my hiring manager that you will have a certain caseload and it is expected of you to complete it within a certain time frame. However, nothing unrealistic from what they esplained. I am switching gears from a high acuity intensive care unit to this position, so I know it will be an adjustment. But I am defenitly looking forward to it! The interview process took about a month from the time I applied online, to the first telephone interview, second face to face interview and receiving an official offer. So far it has been a smooth process. Training starts next month, where I was told is completely remote. Very excited to start this new chapter in my career! Good luck to you!
