What jobs can you get with 2 semesters of nursing/clinical experience?

Published

I only had 2 semesters left for my ADN, but unfortunately, i did not pass the second semester.

My question is, what type of jobs can I get with the 2 semesters of nursing experience I have?

Do those 2 semesters not count for anything?

Thanks in advance!

P.S. - I live in CT

Thank you all,

I contacted the Nurse Licensure Unit of Ct's Dept. of Public Health, and no such luck.

According to the person I talked to, I'd have to finish an LPN program to be eligible to sit for their NCLEX.

To the OP, if your heart still is set in becoming a nurse, perhaps doing the LPN track first, passing the boards, and then working in a clinical setting might prepare you to enter the RN program through a transition track.

Best wishes.

Why aren't you going back as a readmit

This.

Or you can so as The previous poster suggested; see if you can get into a PN program and start working as a nurse.

I am a bit disheartened, as you can probably imagine (it's been less than 2 weeks since I found out that I failed my second semester). I'm just looking at all my available options before I decide what my next move will be. I do still want to become a nurse though.
