My clinical group was walking around the hospital the other day, and a mom told her little girl, "Look at all of the nurses!" :redpinkhe The way she said it made me feel so special, as though in the mother's eyes, we were angels.

Yes, I teared up...I couldn't help it. :cry:

It's moments like that that keep me going in NS, and that make me believe I have chosen the right path in life! :heartbeat

The thing I have loved in nursing school is the amazing instructors and the nurses who let me follow them and bother them with questions. The amount of intellegence bestowed upon nurses is incredible!!! :heartbeat

EVERYTHING! I don't consider nursing a job. I am so glad that I found my "place" in life.....finally! I spent too many years doing the "wrong" jobs.

I had always thought about going into this field, now I'm where I always needed to be. I feel blessed.
