Hi Hi.. Just wondering, what will happen next if I pass the VT NCLEX and IELTS? (They need IELTS do they?) How can I find a job by myself from here in the Phils. to VT? Do I need to find a hospital petitioning for me? If that is the case, how can I do that? Is that possible by only using the web? As Someone from this forum said it's not wise to use an agency coz they take $5 an hour for the rest of your life:nono: and that would be a major no no..for me at least. Thanks for replying if you do! Youll help me a lot..

once you have passed NCLEX you have to approach hospitals and see if they are willing to petition you for green card, it is your employer that starts the process you can't. It is possible by the web and then arrange for a telephone interview.
good luck

Just to clear up a few things for you:
There is no such thing as a VT NCLEX exam, it is a national exam that is accepted by all states, no state has their own exam.
In no place does it state that the agency will take $5 for life, only for the length of the contract.
But the question for you is where do you wish to work?
