I have been active on this forum since March and I have noticed when people take the boards and pass they don't hang around and help those that are waiting to test. I really wish they would hang around and answer some questions since they have experience in preparing and taking the NCLEX. Even if they only stay for a month after the exam it would help.
I know people get sick and tired of answering the same questions over and over but as nurses we should have patience. I know what it feels like to answer the same questions over and over but I wish those that just took the exam would stay to help for a little while.
I've just noticed in the last month new people coming on asking questions and no one is really around to answer. A few months back, I remember threads would get several replies to help that person.
Just an observation I have made, am I the only one?
I test in less than 7 days...am I stressing???? :chair:
Thank you very much. I took the NCLEX august 2 in london, england.I was pretty anxious specially a lot of people looked so confident and finished quite early in the examinations. that really made me a shrimp.
I would certainly try again. once again thank you for your support
letina, thanks for the support. you know I have been praying to graciously accept my defeat but when I checked I have passed.
after 265 hard questions and 5 hours and 50 minutes later whew!!!!!!!!!!
I have done it. I am now a USRN in the state of New Mexico.
This has been the most heart stopping experience I have ever done.
I chilled out after the exams and watched a movie called skeleton key.
I wish all NCLEX takers all the luck. God bless you all.

for some reason, many in the uk get the full 265 questions, and most of them pass.
Christine~ Thanks a bunch! I remember you preparing for your NCLEX. I watched you closely on how you were doing with studying etc and when I found out you passed, I felt better. I say that because we studied pretty much the same way. Lots of questions! With the same types of material.Dina~ Thanks for the scores. It helps to compare. I'm in the same ballpark as you. Whew! I guess this week I just need to get a little more reassurance that I'm as prepared as I can be. Not that anyone feels 100% prepared. I just want to feel like I was in the same boat as other people when they sat for their exam.
JungleRN~ Girlfriend you were a basket case after that exam. I hope your around when I feel the same way. :chuckle I think you should go and teach other international nurses. I always love giving back.
Thanks to everyone that has popped their head in this week to help us waiting in NCLEX zone!
5 more days until my day!
ManyRN2B: Best of luck to you on your NCLEX-day! We'll be crossing our fingers for you! Just keep telling youself that you studied so hard for this & that you can do it. Let us know how it goes for you. :)

I Just took the exam today. I think I passed. I hope I passed. I think my saunders book prepared me for the format of the questions, but I found It really hard. It shut off at 85 and I felt like freaking out. I took the NCLEX PN.
Hey-congrats my fellow Mass. nurse! :) Where are you going to work? I'm at UMASS-Memorial in Worcester. Best of luck to you. :)
