needing some advices and guidance of how to start my career. I believe from others experiences i will surely learn. Anyone who selflessly would like to share is very much appreciated.

Applied for a graduate program at a local hospital. Worked hard in that year. Had four rotations into orthopaedics, aged care, theatre, icu and dialysis and after that year moved on to community nursing. My country does not oversupply nurses so that work was there for locals, though there are not always available grad programs.
thanks sir? ceridwyn. It seems like in your case you were able to get a job in a local hospital swiftly. Yesterday i distributed 9 resumes to various local hospitals and i'll be really glad if even only 1 will call me back. *hopeful*
