What to expect working as a CNA in a hospital

any experienced CNAs or even Nurses willing to give me a head's up?

I have NO experience whatsoever in acute care.

I currently work at a ADL/adult residential care home, is it similar?

I don't do O2 tanks, catheters, urinals, etc.

The most "hands-on" I do is passing out meds under delegation of an RN.

Thanks :)

Which department in a hospital? I know in med/surg you will be expected to insert catheters, do dressing changes, assist patients to the bathroom or with bedpans, I&Os, take vitals, linen changes, bed baths and oral care. In my hospital only the RN passes meds.

It really depends on the department I work L&D and my responsibilities are a lot different.
