If a facility cancel's contract because of scheduling issues, what are the repercussions of this to me as the traveler? Are there fees? All info is welcomed.

That information is either in your contract or your employee handbook. Cancellation by the facility may not be addressed there and can be a judgement call by the agency depending on the actual reason, your value to them, either direct costs or loss of reputation or "lost" profits", what is "right", and how they might be feeling about this.
Scheduling issues? Those should be discussed with your agency and during the facility interview and then baked into your contract. Not so easy afterwards.

If you do not have guaranteed hours in your contract then you are left jobless and if housing was provided you are out on your bum. If you took the stipend then you are left with any fees for early termination. However I will add that even guaranteed hours do not mean much in contract wording, but they may give you some means for financial recourse.
