There are any number of names for the ultimate ideal place groups wantto go to. Heaven, Valhallah(sp?), the Garden of Eden, Nirvana, The great place in the sky, retirement, the happy hunting grounds, etc, etc.
We're criticize jobs, employers, doctors, etc, but we don't have a name for that place of ultimate fulfilment that nurses strive for. In this place there is nothing but perfect happiness for all nurses to do good work with recognition for good results, and there's never a moment of unhappiness for the nurses.
Granted that ALL nurses go to heaven, but shouldn't we have a special name for that ultimate job or resting grounds? We deserve a special place of our own, and I'm asking for feedback of names for that place!

In order to have a perfect nursing job we need the perfect patient.
And the perfect boss. (Which I was, of course!)
