What brand of briefs does your facility use?

My facility uses Prevail briefs. They are OK, I guess.

My facility uses Prevail briefs.

Same here.

Oh, I wish we had Prevails sometimes.

My facility is constantly switching between Tena and Per-Fit. Tena works great but then they want to save money so they switch to Per-Fits which don't work. Then the staff complains and moans and we get Tena back. Then the facility decides switch again. Vicious cycle!!

Per-Fits are manufactured by SATAN. They are papery thin, practically shred all over the place when touched, and don't absorb more than about 30cc before leaking more than a busted water pipe.

I love Tena, never had a problem with them. They have what's almost like a waterproof covering and I know I can always "Depend" on them (pun intended). It's just unfortunate that they are more expensive.

We always use Tena brand when purchasing pull-ups.

My nursing home uses TENA briefs. I've never had a problem with them. My only issue is trying to pull them out when they get "stuck" under a big resident-- they tear and some sort of "fluff" goes all over the place. But to be fair it takes quite some force to rip those things.

I'm not sure about the kind we use at the hospital, but they are pretty high quality. Probably because we can afford to buy them seeing as we don't use them too often.

I'm pretty sure our faciltiy uses TENA.

I think that we the facility I worked for last had those Per- fits and they were not great. The tabs always seemed to pull off really easy (of course it would happen after you had it on a bed bound resident.

We just switched to Tena after using Prevail as long as I've worked there. i like the briefs much better, but the pull-ups have less elasticity which is a bit annoying.

My facility uses Tena, and I LOVE THEM!!!! I have never really had any huge problems with them besides ripping the tabs off every now and then...
