What is better to start off with? CNA, Pharmacy Tech or Phlebotomy?

I am trying to work my way up the "nursing" ladder so to speak. I am tired of working food jobs to save enough money... I never will! I want to have a job that will at least SHOW that I am trying to go after what I want.

What do y'all think? What is the better way to go... I am trying to get into an Accelerated BSN program or a community college program for Fall 2013.

Specializes in Acute Care, Rehab, Palliative.

The term you are looking for is phlebotomist. Phlebologist is a doctor.

I think pharmacy tech has the most opportunities to move into a job you might actually stay with for quite a while as well now that they do Med Rec in hospitals.

I can't afford ABSN program $50 FREAKING THOUSAND DOLLARS. Going CC route $25K. Anywho first semester of nursing school your usually considered a CNA. Also mind asking you what's your degree in? Your degree could possibly land you a job in a hospital.
