which english test is better?? IELTS or TOEFL iBT??

TOEFL iBT also has speaking test also as well as listening, reading, and writing....

Make sure that any review center that you are considering uses native speakers; or it will not be worth any peso that you spend for the course. You do not want to learn your English skills from someone that is not a native speaker, or you may have many issues with what you are learning.

This goes for any language that you are studying, not just English.

There are threads on the Philippine Forum specific to what review centers are available there, please use that one since this thread is also quite old.

Yes, I believe that for nurses they want IELTS. Otherwise, if you choose TOEFL iBT here is a good web site for preparation. I personally used it: http://i-courses.org

It doesn't matter which one you take as long as both are accepted wherever you are applying.

Some boards in the States only accept toefl, so you need to check that out.
