Seeking something that has relevant and useful information for school nurses to stay current. Any suggestions. I'm considering the Journal of Pediatric Nursing and also the Journal of School Nursing.

I don't subscribe to anything. I think this SN forum is better to keep you current and informed in the realities of school nursing than any "publication." I've learned a lot from these folks.

I subscribe to the The Journal of School Nursing and NASN School nurse. The Journal has very indepth research articles that usually don't interest me all that much, while the NASN magazine has more "readable" articles and information. Neither would be necessary, I just thought as this was my first year, I'd get some magazines coming. I wouldn't miss them if I didn't get them.
Edited to add: I do believe at least one if not both of these came with my subscription to NASN, like others below have said.

If you join NASN you get the Journal of School Nursing as part of your membership. It may also be linked to your state association. Plus NASN is our advocacy organization.

Southern Living, so you can dream of living a life where you have all kinds of time to tend to your flowers, eat fab food, decorate your house and generally not work!!!
Other than that, join NASN and get the journals they provide!
