WGU RN-BSN 10/01/11 start...anyone with me?

Hey all,

Just wondering if anyone else is starting this program Oct 1st....? maybe we could start a support system of sorts....I am excited to finally get on the road to finishing this degree:nurse:!

So im a bit puzzled.. Do we have to complete AAv to start on courses other than ewb? If not, how do we open lectures and do assessments? Does it really have to be opened by our mentors first? If so, can they open it without conpleting AAV first???

I spoke with my mentor last night and set up my AAV, 10 more credits, and took the preassesment for math, getting resdy to take pre-assesment for algebra. :jester:

my mentor told me that they had the highest # of ppl starting this month 2300!! (across all disciplines ofcourse!)

Wow!!!! Good! I can't wait for my mentor to get me started tomorrow. Let me see how much I can achieve for six months. I will be studying very hard because I just want this thing to be over soon.

thats great Tarro!!!...I just got an email from mine today..I cannot speak with her until Monday and it is going to be a conference call with other students...did anyone else have their first experience with their mentor via conference call??? I am trying to be calm and see what happens...

I just spoke with my mentor few hours ago and we set up my AAV. she told me I could only access 1 course at a time. so im starting KOT1 tonight. how bout u guys?

Hi how did you know when you completed your EWB? Did you send the group mentor an email or is it automated to alert them when you are done?. Mu progress bar is showing 100% when I think I completed but nothing to prove it. Your response will be highly appreciated

You have to send your 20 hour plan to your ewb group. if still don't hear from them call/contact ewb mentors.

I sent my 20 hour study schedule in the afternoon and recieved an email saying it was great and that assignment will be marked completed. Was that talking of the whole EWB or just the 20 hour study schedule.

It should be sent from them to your mentor, and then they can open your classes. It wont be marked as passed until 1 month, due to being able to drop within the month.
