WGU RN-BSN 10/01/11 start...anyone with me?

Just wondering if anyone else is starting this program Oct 1st....? maybe we could start a support system of sorts....I am excited to finally get on the road to finishing this degree:nurse:!

I would like to finish by May. Good luck!

I started 9/1 but had surgery right after, so I'm a bit behind. Would love to have a support group!

Well it seems I will not be hearing from my mentor until "next week" sometime (per my enrollment counselor)...I guess its ok as I have to finish EWB but I was hoping to just get that done saturday and Monday be started on my first class...anyway, I am trying not to be so anxious. So if anyone has not heard from a mentor yet just know you are not alone..

My mentor emailed just to say that she would be calling this weekend or early next week. So are we able to start other classes before talking with our mentor? I plan on finishing EWB Saturday and starting something else--I don't want to be held up waiting on my mentor.

Unfortunately no.

The mentor has to "open" everything up before you are able to start.

It is now 10/01/2011 and the portal is not opened. What is happening? Can Someone tell me when they normally open the portal for new students?...smh

If you are on the Eastern time, it may not open until later, as Utah is 2 or 3 hours behind ETZ.

Some are reporting on Facebook that theirs is open. YMMV.
