WGU RN-BSN 10/01/11 start...anyone with me?

Hey all,

Just wondering if anyone else is starting this program Oct 1st....? maybe we could start a support system of sorts....I am excited to finally get on the road to finishing this degree:nurse:!

I haven't gotten the email either nor phone call from my mentor. I did get word that they granted my transcript appeal for my algebra so all I have to take is micro and biochem. Who else is excited/anxious/nervous? I hope to start EWB sat. and finish sat or sun since I go back to work Monday from maternity leave. :crying2:

My counselor said that I should hear from my mentor by the 1st, or they would possibly call/email to arrange a time to talk by the 1st. Assuming that's true for everyone. I'm more excited/anxious than nervous. Just glad everything (transcripts) got there in time and my courses all (literally, all) transferred. I never took any sort of literature or arts courses so I have to take 4 units, the Literature, Arts and the Humanities and Literature, Arts and the Humanities: Analysis and Interpretation, and then the actual nursing courses. Ok guys.. its now the 28th.. lets cross our fingers and hope we get some sort of info regarding EWB and our mentor.. please write here when you hear something.... thanks!!!!!!!!!! :)

Haven't heard nothing yet just my enrolling officer sent an email welcoming me to the program. Let me keep my fingers cross. I just contacted them about my ten percent discount and my waiver on the application fee. I work with HCA and so I am entitled to it...lol.

Hey guys- I just got an email about a half hour ago regarding the EWB orientation. It's just a short powerpoint video of what to expect in the days to come, including a calendar of events. So excited to get started with all of you! :)

Got my emails too. One from my mentor, I have to send her a time when I am available to chat and "get to know one another'. The other re: EWB preparation. Guess the homework is starting! Yay!
