WGU and higher education

Has anyone had any expierence with transfering into a NP or CRNA after completing a BSN or MSN from WGU my enrollment councelor said it depends on each individual school

Your enrollment counselor is correct - depends on the individual school. I know several WGU grads who have enrolled in NP, CRNA, DNP and PhD programs.

From what I understand, WGU gives you a GPA of 3.0 when you graduate. If the NP/ CRNA programs are competitive based on GPA you will be at a disadvantage.

I don't know that answer. As my own higher education pursuits are going to terminate once I get my MSN in Leadership, I never paid any attention to it. I know there are threads here about it though, with specific schools mentioned.

Pass/Fail college transcripts submitted to graduate schools are usually considered on a case-by-case basis regardless of the grad school's GPA admission standards. Make sure your student statement, resume, and letters of recommendation hold weight, and you should be competitive just about anywhere.
