Hi! Is anyone else applying for Western U's MSN-E program? I hadn't seen a thread out there yet for fall 2017. I'm a little nervous about the cost of this program. What are your thoughts about the program, cost, structure, time of completion, etc?

From previous years, they got emails informing about their admissions. Good luck everybody!

March is officially upon us. Good luck to everyone! I interviewed on Jan. 30th. So nervous!!!!

It seems like previous years had interviews all the way into late February. Hopefully this means we'll find out a little sooner since the last interview day was Feb17. :) I can't stand this wait much longer!

I emailed admissions about 2-3 weeks ago and they said early to mid March.

I hope it's tomorrow, but I have a feeling it'll be next Friday when they will begin to send out the emails.

I honestly think that we will hear back the 2nd or 3rd week of March... but every time I open my email, I am secretly hoping that I see an email from them haha

Agreed. This upcoming Friday will mark 3 weeks since the last interview day so I feel that's when we will start getting results.

Do you guys/gals think it would be hard to get a job as an RN in order to finish off the MSN portion? After all, we would be competing with BSN applicants..

I do think it will be hard... however, didn't they tell us at the interview that we will be given a counselor to help us find a job? Or was I hearing things?? haha. Moral of the story, I don't think that they will just throw us out to find a job on our own... they will help us.
