Western University MSN-E Fall 2017

Nursing Students School Programs

Published

Hi! Is anyone else applying for Western U's MSN-E program? I hadn't seen a thread out there yet for fall 2017. I'm a little nervous about the cost of this program. What are your thoughts about the program, cost, structure, time of completion, etc?

sounurse,

Congratulations!! Did you accept the offer? I already accepted, I just need to pay it. But I think we get two weeks to pay?

[h=1]kimmyfarias95[/h]I just accepted the offer, but I haven't paid yet. The deadline for the $500 deposit is February 14th.

sounurse,

I still haven't received an acceptance email. I keep refreshing my email hoping to see it. If anything, I will call them and ask about it. Thank you!!

find me on Facebook and we can go from there homa shahabzadah is full name =)

I'm still getting the same message.

Hi!

Has anyone heard back from them for those who had interviews on the Jan 20th. I am starting to get really anxious.

Better late than never, but I just got an email notification for an interview. Lol anyway if anyone would like to offer me any advice on the interview process, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks again guys!

Congrats and yes, it is never too late for an interview. I interviewed with them twice and they sent out invitations 2 weeks prior. I was also told that it does not matter if you interviewed in Jan. or Feb. As to the questions, they ask rather a range of questions, but they are common interview questions in my opinion. Depending on your number of interviewees present, you will be divided into groups and will rotate but it will consist of interview with 2 faculty members (of about 15-20 mins), technical writing, and campus tour (they will most likely take you to the stimulation lab).

The faculty members are all really nice and will make you feel at ease and relax.

Hi!

Has anyone heard back from them for those who had interviews on the Jan 20th. I am starting to get really anxious.

in the past, I received an email regarding their response in March. I believe it was around the end of the 2nd week of March both times.

to those who dont get an interview or accepted, don't lose hope. I applied 3 times to Western U and it was the third time that I was offered an acceptance. :)

I took a look at the interview dates again on the school site. The last interview date is next Friday 2/17. That last group should probably be hearing this week if we're picked, right? If not, I'm just assuming a denial letter. Lol! Congrats again on those who got accepted!

Hi all, I just received my interview email yesterday afternoon for interview on Monday after a long and anxious wait. I saw on the interviewee page that there is a written part as well. Can anyone please give an idea about what are we supposed to write about and what kind of questions are asked in the interview? Good luck to all who are still waiting. Congratulations to all who got accepted.

Thanks

Hi, has anyone heard back with acceptance letter, wait list, or rejection for those who attended regular interviews.

Hi Liz, the interviews are still going on. I had mine yesterday and there are still two more interview days left this week. They said letters will be sent out from end of feb to mid march

Hello psar,

I too have my interview this Thursday. If you don't mind, would you be able to share a little bit about your experience? I know there is a tour as well, and I'm not too concerned about the writing portion as it is something I can't really prepare for but just know how to do. Thank you!

Liz, good luck!!

Hi Soliscree, There is nothing to prepare. They have standard 7 questions asking about life experiences and situational questions. They also give you opportunity to ask questions if you may have any. Interview is conducted in a very friendly way.

Good luck
