Western University MSN-E Application Time!

Well, I thought this day would never come, but the application period for Western U's MSN-E program starts a week from today!

I'm beyond nervous, as I've been working on this career change for over three years now. Every time I write a little of my personal statement I get a little shaky. This is so unlike me too, I'm usually cool as a cucumber.

Anyone else here planning to apply for 2012? Are you as nervous as I am?

Yup, got an email from Daniell, along with a couple of attachments with a letter and a form to fill out. I'm so excited!

looking back at the first posts of this thread...it looks like you were one of the first to submit your app, Maseca...you def deserve the acceptance ! any tips for me and the rest of the applicants who are going to interview next week?

and hk08...i haven't received the email packet yet either.

The best advice I can give is to just be yourself. They want to see people who are passionate about nursing, and if you are, that will show through. The interview process is great, and the people at Western have made it so that you're relaxed and put at ease. I actually had fun on my interview day!

Sonjaxlove, I agree with you! Maseca, you've been such a big help throughout this thread and I'm sure you'll be a great nurse! Congrats a million times over! I can only imagine how excited you are!!! :)
