Hello all,
Who else is applying to the MSN Entry level 2016? I've decided to create this thread as I have not seen any new threads for 2016 start date.
I just interviewed yesterday for the 2nd round of interviews! Did anyone else think that the interview was super chill? One of the faculty even brought up kbbq at one point...
FYI: The interviews for 02/26 were cancelled. I spoke with one of the faculty and they stated that that was their backup day, and they didn't need to use it this year. So only EAOD's + 4 days of interviews, right?
I just checked my portal and I have an "accept offer" button that I can click! Im guessing that means I got accepted!? I haven't received anything formal though so Im guessing to wait for that and then secure my deposit once I know for certain! Also does anyone know if we secure a deposit and then we get into another program can we pull out our seat or are we obligated to the program with the deposit?! I haven't heard back from most other schools Im applying to but i don't want to lose my spot if in the chance that i don't get accepted anywhere else! I might call them today and ask if anyone doesn't know!?

I think many of us who attended an EAOD in February are in the same boat. The status changed to accepted in the portal but there was no email or offer letter.
They allow up to two weeks to accept the offer and the deposit is non-refundable. However, if later on down the road, you get accepted and choose to attend another program, you would be able to withdraw your intent with Western U. So the deposit will secure the seat for you, but you aren't necessarily obligated to go to that school. It'll just cost you whatever the deposit was.
I plan to decline my offer since I've been accepted to another program. One more spot for a deserving candidate. Good luck everyone!

Yes, My actual status changed in the portal. However, no letter yet.
