West Hills College ADN Program 2022

Published

Hello Everyone! West Hills Nursing program applications will be opening up soon, so I decided to start this forum for 2022 application period. Anyone else applying? I applied last year but my application was thrown out due to not submitting CPR/BLS from AHA. If my calculations are correct I will be applying with 89.32 points. Good luck to everyone!

Of course! No problem!

I called today to see if they had an official date that they would be notifying us but she said they weren’t sure yet just sometime in April. I got into SJVC today which I am excited and grateful for but It starts in April and I really wish I knew if I got into WHC before then. I wonder how many applicants they ended up with after the extended deadline.. not feeling to positive though that my points will Be enough ?

Thank you! A friend of mine that works there said they will be letting us know mid to end of April due to the deadline extension.

I talk to Rhupinder last week.. they had over 430 applicants this year and will be giving results mid to late April. Last year for reference the score ranges were 91-96 with alternates being around 89-90. It was a smaller cohort so that is why the ranges were so high. The year before was 88-96 and the alternates were around 86.

Thanks Ronny for an update. This year they still receive 30 students, right? As I saw in the application process

The counselor was unsure of the amount they would take.. if it will be either 24 or 30

She helped me calculate my points as well so I am at 90.4, so I am praying that is enough to get me in

Hoping they end up taking 30 students, hoping for a miracle ? good luck to everybody and thank you for the update!

Wow that's a lot of applications. Good luck to everybody. Anyone wanna share their numbers to see where we are LOL. I think I am around 89. I wonder if they round up? Im applying for LVN-RN , don't know of its different

Not sure if that amount included the LVN-RN as well or if they round up. I applied for traditional and have 90.4
