I'm currently considering whether I should do the MSN generalist track and then transition to the MSN-FNP track once I get all my letters of rec in. They said I could even start in July, which is only in a couple of weeks!
Wondering if there's anyone else out there who's considering this program or who's in it. Would be great to hear from you guys!
I am thinking about doing their RN to MSN program of Leadership. I was wondering if there any people out here who can give advice on their online programs
In in the advanced generalist track for now becaude I wasnt sure if I wanted to be an fnp or do acute care but to be in the ed you need a fnp to be marketable. Plus I wasnt 100% sure if I wanted to do my fnp with them initally, now they are my top 3 option for post fnp cert. I also like that they allow you to change your class schedule according to youre preference.
I just talked to WCU today for the MSN generalist until I get my packet complete for FNP. Looking at 7/2/18 start date. Anyone have an info, advice or opinions on this school. If you are in the FNP program do you feel like you are getting a good education? Is doing this full time and working full time as a single woman with only a grown child to worry about? I am also set to start Walden's program 7/9 so I need to figure out which program is best. Thank you!

Hello to you. I started my MSN last week and will do the FNP track as well. I really like the MSN at West Coast University so far. From the very beginning, they have been very accommodating. My advisor was great. I am doing full time and it works well for me even if I have a full time job. I still get to do a lot of stuff (even playing video games. lol) and submit all of my papers. Our professor is great too. Instructions are structured. The degree is fairly priced. They have on site intensives after a year and a half (if im not mistaken) as well so I'm really looking forward to that.

Just enrolled at WCU for my RN-MSN FNP program. Anyone currently taking courses? Any advice?
