I have applied and just sent in my transcripts to West Coast North Hollywood. I have a telephonic financial aid appointment coming up next week and am just curious if anyone knows exactly what is going to be talked about in the financial aid meeting? And when do they usually let you know if you're accepted or not?
I hope school will still somehow be in session regardless of the virus or not. I am extremely excited to start school.
If anyone is a graduate of West Coast University, or if anyone knows someone who graduated - how long did it take after graduation to find a job, and where was the job? (Hospital, clinic, salon...)
"Hi again! looks like we thought the same LOL. April would be the soonest. Go online and fill out interest form they will assign a rep to you and they will contact you . Then they will send you a link to apply, then do an info session , then financial aid and give you more information.

So, the next date is in April ? I am wondering if I apply now , would they start off on April ?

I applied to North Hollywood campus.
Straighterline is 100% online. You do not need to go through any process of applying. You simply register and then pay for the classes you want to take. From what I understand they provide the study material, tutoring, quizzes and final exams. I think the exam is proctored somehow. It is self pace. WCU accepts up to 12 credits.
I priced a chem class with lab to be about $220, which includes their monthly membership fee. That is a heck of a lot cheaper than WCU and my hope it to knock out 3 classes before my Jan 2022 start date. I wouldn't have been able to do that through community college.
