I have an interview coming up for the Wellstar New Grad Residency. Anyone know what the interview process is like? Also, what the residency process is like? The recruiter told me that multiple managers would be at the interview but did not specify specialties or which wellstar hospitals would be there. Any advice about the interviewing process or about the residency program in general would be awesome! Thanks!

I got an offer from Kennestone and today just received an offer from Piedmont. I'm not from around the area so I am wondering which program will better my learning and further my experience in becoming an RN!! PLEASE HELP

I know that Piedmont has the highest acuity patients of any non teaching hospital in the US if that helps

Piedmont has a better reputation among local nurses, if that helps at all. There were a lot of red flags in my ICU interview at Wellstar which lead me to believe their bad rep is warranted.
