congratulations! y'all are doing great!

for those of us that are struggling a little bit, this is going to be our week. we have a brand new week ahead of us with new choices. keep up the good work!

my last two weeks have been filled with studying for the nclex and taking it. i actually took it on the day that i was supposed to weigh in. pretty sneaky, huh? *lol* seriously, it didn't even click until the night before the exam. i was so torn up about missing weigh in. :saint:

this week i won't weigh in, because it is "that" week (gals, you know what i am talking about :wink2: ). i always gain between 5 & 7 lbs during this week.

i hope everyone will be a big "loser" this week! *lol* take care!

:balloons: Today I weighed in and have lost a grand total of 10.2 lbs!! I was so sure I had gained this week because we ate out alot and I used almost all of my flex points. But I lost 1.2lbs this week. Hope everyone is doing well this week.

Congrat AmyLiz & kittlylvr on the losses! It's always when you think you gained, that you still lose! I think its hard to go wrong w/WW.

I am anxiously awaiting tomorrow. I don't think I did so hot this week. There were lots of foods I ate that I could have used my points more efficiently with nutrient-wise. I may have even gone over my FP as I had an unknown number of points at a friend's house on Sunday night to say good-bye to "Sex & the City". :) I'm keeping my fingers crossed, I have 2 more lbs to lose to hit 10%!

Keeping my fingers crossed for ya, Farm. :) I've got 8 more pounds before I hit 10%. Hopefully I'll hit it in March. Seems I've been losing rather slow lately. But I'm adding more exercise (since I hadn't really been doing any) and hopefully that will help.

Unfortunately I only lost 1.2 lbs! I am now .8 away from 10%. Thats pretty frustrating but in a way I was kind of glad b/c my leader wasn't there tonight! So, next week I will celebrate with her! I'm hoping that I will lose at least 2.8 next week so that I can collect my 10% & my 25 lb magnet! (oh yes, my 5 lb star for my bookmark too!). It's silly how these little things can get me motivated! (I'm going to start to do *some* sort of activity this week too!)

1.2 lbs is a good loss! And like you said...next week you'll have it! :D

I've got 6.5 lbs. to go before I make my second 10 lb loss (and my first star). It's been a slow go for me, but at least it's heading in the right direction. And I'm sure that once the exercising gets going, that'll help too.

At our meeting this week a girl got her 10% and her 25 lb magnet...it was pretty exciting! :)

I weighed in today and the good news is that I didn't gain any :) ...on the down side I didn't lose any either... :stone I weighed in at exactly the same as I did last week! How frustrating is that??

I hope ya'll are doing better than me!
